    Hi Reincarnation Research,

I have just completed a revised edition of a book that could be of interest to you. It looks at some of the under-appreciated problems facing scientific materialism and possible explanations from the premodern transcendental (or reincarnation-based) perspective. It only uses a few explicit cases of apparent reincarnation and instead focuses on the larger implications of the reincarnation phenomenon. If you are interested you can see a review from Kirkus Reviews here,
The review was for the original edition and the revised should be a bit of an improvement. In any case of basic point is that the book “persuasively suggests that a materialistic view falls short”. I really appreciated the reviewer’s efforts (perhaps a philosopher) but think that Occam’s razor doesn’t support their intended point. There really is a big unfolding problem for the scientific perspective and the traditional transcendental explanation offers a good start and sometimes obvious explanations (forget “clever”).

The revised e-book edition is out and paperback availability should follow this week (ignore the soon to be removed notice at Amazon about a pending revised edition).

Also of note is that at the above Kirkus page you can find a link to my “Pro Connect page”. There a PDF sample can be downloaded. It contains the Prefaces, Chapter 1, Chapter 2, and References. If you would like more of the text for free you can simply ask.

I hope things are going well for you all.

  2. My reincarnation book “Go Back Jack” was published in January 2018, a story about a young Canadian woman who remembers a lifetime as a black, blues musician in the Deep South of the Great Depression era. In this lifetime I came back with memories of his songs and have recorded them. This book is available on Amazon and Kindle.
